It’s been a minute, but it’s great to be back on the bloggersphere! Now to the news on hand…
It’s laudable to build the charging infrastructure needed to support full electrification in the U.S. but adequate and regular maintenance is crucial. Ignoring this will only cause more problems down the line and hindering the movement toward an electrified transportation future.
Deferred maintenance is a terrible anchor for infrastructure. Just take a look at America’s public transit systems for example.
That being said – after reading this article from WIRED today, it’s serendipity that I connected with the founders of ChargerHelp!, Kameale C. Terry and Evette Ellis 🙂 Chargerhelp was developed specifically to tackle this problem mentioned – while building a new, highly trained and diverse workforce. The founders saw a problem and leaped in to solve it.
The need for excellent, fast, and on-demand maintenance will only grow with time…
“Charging companies say they are still building out their networks of employees and subcontractors who know how to diagnose and fix chargers, and that many more workers will be needed – ” PRIME WORKFORCE OPPORTUNITY!
